In this year's TSL Ranking, DSV Group ranked in the Top Ten of the largest Polish logistic operators, gaining recognition for both revenue and growth dynamics.
In the middle of last year DSV Road began the tests of electric trucks, which were used for deliveries for dm-drogerie markt - one of the largest drugstore chains in Germany. This solution worked so well that it has been permanently deployed to support this long-standing customer of the operator.
DSV Group has published its financial results for 2016. The acquisition of UTi Worldwide in conjunction with organic growth allowed DSV to record turnover increase by one third. The company has closed the year with DKK 3.4 billion operating profit.
Nine new countries have joined DSV Group last year as a result of UTi Worldwide acquisition. The East African Malawi branch, which has been operating for 26 years, is the newest member of the DSV family.
This year alone, DSV acquired two jubilee honors in the 15th edition of the Logistic Operator Study. DSV Solutions was marked in the Complexity of Services category and DSV Road in the Forwarding Trade category.
DSV Road, for the second year in a row, obtained a Customer Friendly Company certificate. The winners of this national program are drawn based on the results of independent customer satisfaction and loyalty survey.
DSV Air & Sea in the USA have completed the office and IT integration of the former UTi Freight Forwarding division; and the divisions DSV Road USA and DSV Solutions USA have been added to our US organization – headed by President Jacques Retief and President Michael Marlow, respectively.

DSV Group awarded "Financial Information Award 2015" by the Danish Finance Society. This prize is awarded annually by companies with the outstanding high level of submitted financial information.

DSV Road completed the removal of its Lodz branch to the new facility at Panattoni Business Center Łódź II. The change of location was dictated by the dynamic development of groupage service.

DSV Road joined the group of transport companies working for Kompania Piwowarska two years ago. During that time the participation of DSV in orders from Tychy brewery has increased up to 20%, also giving DSV the opportunity to support client’s special projects.
During this year even 36,000 ready to assemble, flat-packed housing solutions for displaced people will leave DSV Solutions’ picking lines. Months of preparations resulted in choosing DSV’s expertise to handle this extraordinary project, conducted by Better Shelter in collaboration with Ikea Foundation and UNHCR (the UN Refugee Agency).
Polish DSV Road is expanding by the minute. On February 9th its western branch office is changing locations to a new, modern office and warehouse space in Komorniki.
