Vastint Poland has signed a contract with Budimex SA for general contracting services for the initial part of the second phase of the Waterfront complex in Gdynia.

Vastint Poland has received a building permit for the first part of the second stage of Gdynia Waterfront - four buildings with underground garages with a total area of 44,000 m2.

Riverview achieved a base building shell condition. The project, with a residential area exceeding 14,640 m², is being developed at Angielska Grobla Street in GdaÅ„sk.

Vastint Poland has signed lease agreements at Business Garden Warsaw with Dassault Systemes and Vershold Holding Poland. Both companies will locate their headquarters in the newly built part of the complex.

Vastint Poland signed lease agreements with Candy Hoover Polska and Pretius for Business Garden Warsaw. The new tenants plan to move into a newly-built part of the complex at the turn of the year.

Vastint Poland marked the official start of construction works for the Riverview investment in Gdansk. It’s the first of many similar projects planned on the Polish development market.

Vastint Poland signed a lease agreement with Etteplan for 2,000 m2 of office space in Business Garden Wrocław. In the new location it is planning to consolidate offices and open a modern laboratory.

Vastint Poland has appointed the general contractor of the second phase of Business Garden Wroclaw. Under the contract, six office and service buildings are to be built. Construction works will commence in July this year.

Vastint Poland completed the second stage of the Business Garden office complex at Żwirki i Wigury in Warsaw. Within the project, five office buildings with 56,000 m2 of leasable area have been commissioned, along with a nicely designed garden and road infrastructure elements, facilitating access to the complex.
