Vastint Poland has appointed the general contractor for one of its latest investments - Riverview. A complex, consisting of seven mixed-use buildings for residential and retail purposes, is located opposite Gdańsk Ołowianka Island. The project will be developed in cooperation with CFE Polska, belonging to the Belgian CFE Group. The construction works are scheduled to begin in June 2017 and are expected to be completed within 24 months.

The new Riverview complex, is located on the bank of the Motława River, in the area of Kanał Na Stępce and in the vicinity of the Old Town in Gdańsk. As a result of close cooperation with the Urban Conservator, the outer appearance of the investment will correspond to the historic location. The project is distinguished by the high standard of construction and the carefully designed landscaping. In addition, a number of proposed constructional and technical solutions are in line with the idea of sustainable construction, which in the future will allow to apply for LEED certification for this project.

So far, Vastint Poland has been known for its office projects, innovative Business Garden complexes and hotels, e.g. Courtyard by Marriott in Gdynia and Marriott Resort & Spa in Sopot. Riverview will be the first residential project on the Polish market. The developer plans to start the sale of the 282 planned apartments next summer.
