Vastint Poland signed lease agreements with Candy Hoover Polska and Pretius for Business Garden Warsaw. The new tenants plan to move into a newly-built part of the complex at the turn of the year.

The  location of the complex on the border of the city centre and within one of the three main transport corridors, its proximity of the airport as well as the presence of numerous amenities on campus are just a few of the advantages of this project that provide ideal conditions for business activities and development, and support a strategy of well-being in the workplace”.

Business Garden is located at one of the main arteries of the city near the centre of Warsaw. Available in the immediate vicinity of the project, the public transport system – including the SKM network and bus lines – provides relatively quick access to locations from any part of the city at peak hours.

The complex consists of seven office buildings with a total of 90,000 m2 of leasable area. The office space is designed to provide optimum daylight and flexible adaptation according to individual tenant’s requirements. In the realisation process, building materials have been carefully selected to meet the sustainable development criteria. Also, systems to save water and energy, and to control the indoor environment have been implemented. The project has been awarded LEED Platinum certification.

The distinctive feature of the design concept of Business Garden Warsaw is the state-of-art architecture and the open garden, where green areas provide relaxation zones and work areas with Wi-Fi access. The garden along with the biologically active surface of green roofs constitute 60% of the area of the complex.

Within Business Garden Warsaw there is a hotel with over 200 rooms, a conference centre with 8 rooms and a restaurant. In the new part of the complex, a canteen, grocery store, fitness club and a number of service points will open soon. The project is embraced by Vastint's Hospitality programme, which offers a variety of free events for employees, as well as a selection of high-quality services provided in line with the tenants’ expectations.
