Panattoni has launched construction of new space at the Wrocław Campus 2 logistics complex. The developer’s flagship project in Krzyżowice near Wrocław will expand by 102,000 sqm. The first tenant of the new space will be DSV – Global Transport and Logistics, the world’s largest logistics operator, which will occupy 45,000 sqm.

Poland remains one of the most attractive markets in Europe for the development of companies specializing in contract logistics services. DSV’s decision to expand in Krzyżowice near Wrocław reflects this potential as well as the resilience of the Polish economy, which, according to Consensus Forecast, is expected to grow by 3.3% both this year and next.

High-quality services, flexibility at competitive costs, and geographic location are the advantages that set Poland apart. From Lower Silesia, we can today deliver shipments to recipients in Germany as well as other Western markets within 24 hours. Investors value this predictability, which is why they continue to choose Poland for their international Distribution Centers or production lines,” says Piotr Wojtkowski, Sales and Marketing Director at DSV – Global Transport and Logistics. At DSV, we respond to both current and future expectations of our clients and the market. The investment in new space in Krzyżowice is a perfect example of this approach. We continuously analyze opportunities for investment in additional warehouse projects – both through leasing and independent development.

Wrocław Campus 2 is the second phase of one of Panattoni’s largest investments in the Lower Silesia region – a region where the developer has already delivered 2.36 million sqm of modern industrial space. The first part of the new hall, covering around 54,000 sqm, has been built and fully leased. Work has now begun on the next, final phase of the project. DSV will start operations in the new facility in 2026.

DSV – following its recent acquisition of Schenker – has become the largest logistics operator in the world. In Poland, the company has long been one of the key players in the logistics services market and continues to strengthen its offering. Panattoni consistently supports this growth by delivering projects that meet the highest technical and environmental standards. Over the past 20 years, the developer has delivered more than 300,000 sqm to DSV. The latest collaboration in Wrocław confirms that we are a trusted partner for the world’s largest players. We combined an excellent location, top quality, and sustainable solutions – this is our response to the needs of an organization that sets the direction for the entire industry,” says Damian Kowalczyk, Regional Managing Director, Lower Silesia at Panattoni.

Panattoni Wrocław Campus 2 will undergo BREEAM environmental certification at the Excellent level. The facility will feature, among other things, advanced technological solutions in thermal insulation and intelligent heating and cooling control. The space will be tailored to the specific needs of the logistics operator’s processes.
