Maciej Górski – Country Manager of OX2 Poland

On 8 July 2026, Maciej Górski assumed the role of President of OX2 Poland, one of the leading companies in the renewable energy sector. His primary responsibility will be to strengthen the company’s position as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) and continue OX2’s support for Poland’s energy transition.

Maciej Górski brings many years of extensive executive experience in the Polish energy sector. He previously served on the Management Board of PGE (Polska Grupa Energetyczna), where he was responsible for large-scale investment programmes, including offshore wind projects, flexible onshore generation assets, and energy storage. Prior to that, he was Country Manager for Photon Energy in Poland, overseeing project development, operations, and commercial activities. His unique expertise combines strategic, financial, and operational leadership.

The new head of OX2 Poland emphasises that the company now has all the necessary capabilities and conditions to scale its business in a rapidly evolving market.
