Skanska Property Poland signed the first office space lease contract for the Green Corner complex, currently under development at Chłodna Street in Warsaw.

Skanska Property Poland, developer of green office buildings, which has been linked to Wrocław by several investments, has acquired the right of perpetual usufruct of a plot of land located at Dominikański Square.

Skanska Property Poland has just started construction works in the second phase of the Green Towers office project (building B). The property with a strong environmental profile is located in Strzegomska Street in Wrocław, south-western Poland.

Warsaw, 03 September 2007 – Jones Lang LaSalle has been recently chosen as the exclusive advisor for the marketing & commercialisation process of Atrium City – new development by Skanska Property Poland.

Skanska Property Poland Sp. z o.o. started the construction of the first part of the Atrium City complex. Skanska S.A. is the general contractor for this investment project.
