Skanska Property Poland has signed a lease agreement with ACNielsen company, concerning 2.450 square meters office space in Marynarska Point.

CBRE facilitated the deal.

Marynarska Point is an office project in Mokotow district, currently under development by Skanska Property Poland. The project consists of two office buildings, comprising approximately 26.000 square meters office space.

ACNielsen will move into the building in July 2008. The lease covers the second and the third floor in the first building.  “We are very pleased to welcome ACNielsen as a tenant in Marynarska Point. Hereby, the first phase is 70% leased and we notice an ongoing strong demand for the project”, says Mats Johansson, Managing Director of Skanska Property Poland.
