AI in Practice — From R&D to Manufacturing

We invite you to the second event in the series organized by the SPCC Digital Transformation Committee. This time, the topic will be: “AI in Practice — From R&D to Manufacturing.” During “AI in Practice – from R&D to Manufacturing”, we will showcase how artificial intelligence – in particular generative AI – is being implemented in practice at scale across different areas of business, including production and operational environments.
During the event, we will present concrete case studies based on real-life implementations:
- How to successfully implement generative AI in a large R&D organization – comprising over 1,000 employees working on both software and hardware across multiple locations? We will present an approach based on an AI maturity model that enables scaling solutions without relying on external consultants, as well as how to leverage existing grassroots initiatives and experiments instead of starting from scratch.
- How generative AI can transform customer data analysis? – based on a member company case, where AI was used for automatic translation, sentiment analysis, and summarization of thousands of customer reviews from multiple countries. This made it possible to quickly identify key strengths, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations – while ensuring full data security.
During the event, you will learn:
- how to take a strategic approach to AI implementation within an organization,
- how to move from experiments to scalable solutions,
- how AI can improve data analysis and decision-making,
- and what real business and operational benefits (including in production and operations) AI implementations can deliver.
This event is aimed at business leaders, R&D experts, and professionals who want to see how AI works in practice – beyond theory, in real business and industrial environments.
