White & Case advised Develia S.A. on financing
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Develia S.A. in connection with financing of up to PLN 129 million provided by mBank S.A.
This was yet another financing on which White & Case has advised Develia S.A. within the last year.
Develia S.A. is one of the largest real estate companies in Poland. It specializes in real estate development, implementing complex residential, office and commercial projects.
The White & Case team in Poland which advised on the transaction included partner Grzegorz Abram, local partner Paweł Zagórski and associate Mateusz Dyduch.
