Throughout the event, we had the opportunity to explore several inspiring and highly practical case studies:

1️⃣ The first speaker Jakub Rudzki, Vincit showed how generative AI can transform customer feedback into actionable business insights that support smarter decision-making.

2️⃣ Jakub Anderwald from Demant Polska shared his experience and practical approach to scaling GenAI adoption within a large R&D organization – covering both organizational challenges and real implementation lessons.

3️⃣ Kamil Dziegielewski & Bartek Rutkowski an energetic duo from DataRiseLab highlighted the importance of data quality as the foundation for successful AI implementation.

4️⃣ Finally, Krzysztof W. from Kruko presented truly impressive work and practical AI applications across marketing, customer service, and business process automation, showing how AI can already deliver measurable value today.

The event concluded with an engaging Hot Chairs discussion moderated by Jan-Michael Junell Chairman of our DT Committee, where participants had the opportunity to ask questions, exchange perspectives, and discuss the future of AI adoption in organizations.
