Tieto leases Studio A office space from Skanska

Tieto, a Scandinavian company specializing in software development, IT services, and technology consulting, will move into the Studio A office building on Prosta Street in Warsaw.

Tieto specializes in developing digital solutions supporting banking, healthcare, industry, and public administration, leveraging cloud technologies, AI, and automation. The company has been operating in Poland for 20 years, and Studio A by Skanska will serve as its main headquarters.

The new office is a response to Tieto’s dynamic growth in Poland. As our teams expand – also as a result of the integration with Infopulse and a stronger focus on technological development – it was a natural step to create our own dedicated space that fosters collaboration and talent development, comment Joanna Górniak-Koselska and Magdalena Gądek, responsible for delivering Tieto’s new office project in Warsaw.

Studio A combines a prime city-center location with welcoming interiors, modern technologies, and access to green areas. Designed for employee-focused companies planning further growth – such as Tieto – it offers an inspiring environment that supports business scaling, emphasizes Karolina Jamróz, Leasing and Asset Manager at Skanska Commercial Development Europe.

Tieto was advised by the NAI Reina team during the leasing process.

Leasing the space marks another step in strengthening Tieto’s presence in Warsaw. The selected location provides optimal conditions for further stable growth. We are pleased to actively support our clients in building their position in the country’s most demanding yet most attractive office market. Despite challenging market conditions, we were able to secure a space that ensures comfort and flexibility for our client. It is also a moment when Tieto once again meets Skanska on its Polish growth path, says Robert Karniewski, CEO of NAI Reina.

I am pleased that Tieto has once again placed its trust in us – this is the best confirmation of the quality of our services and our effectiveness in building long-term client relationships, says Paulina Strutyńska, Head of Leasing and Asset Management at Skanska Commercial Development Europe.

The investment meets the standards of the most demanding certifications: LEED, WELL Core & Shell, Wired / Smart Score, and Barrier-Free Facility.
