Changes in Skanska.

As of January 2013 r., Marcin Łapiński, until now Regional Director with Skanska Property Poland, has been promoted to Vice President Commercial, Skanska Romania. At the same time, Bartosz Kalinowski assumed the position of Regional Director with Skanska Property Poland, replacing Marcin Łapiński.
