Everyone who runs business in Poland or who has got a regional representative office in Poland or in one of the Nordic countries is able to become a member of the Scandinavian Polish Chamber of Commerce after meeting one of the below mentioned criteria:

• it has Scandinavian capital participation, or
• it is a Polish or international entity conducting its business operations permanently in at least one of the Nordic countries, or
• it has other Scandinavian business interest or originates from one of the Nordic countries.

In special circumstances the Management Board can make an exeption to the above mentioned rules. Please see the SPCC Statute
 
Price of the annual membership fee depends on the company size:

• Companies employing above 100 people  - 8 625 PLN net
• Companies employing 11 -100 people - 5 175 net
• Companies employing up to 10 people in Poland with an annual turnover below 3 mln PLN  - 2 875 PLN net
• Individual membership fee - 2 875 PLN net
