Marcin Kowal joins Newmark Polska
Marcin Kowal has joined Newmark Polska’s Office Department as Associate Director, where he will oversee relocation processes and lease renegotiations for office tenants. With over 14 years of commercial real estate experience, including a decade on the tenant side, Kowal brings valuable expertise to the team.

Marcin Kowal has over 14 years of experience in commercial real estate, with more than 10 years dedicated to the tenant side. He joins Newmark Polska from Nuvalu Polska, where he served as Head of Regional Markets. Previously, he worked for Colliers International and was responsible for the property portfolio of Universal Properties. Over the course of his career, Marcin Kowal has liaised with both state-owned and commercial companies, including the Agricultural Market Agency, the National Agricultural Support Centre, the Greater Poland Provincial Branch of the National Health Fund, and Orlen Oil.
