Jako komitet chcemy odpowiadać na realne potrzeby firm członkowskich SPCC oraz poruszać aktualne wyzwania, z którymi mierzą się one w codziennej działalności. Koncentrujemy się na praktycznych aspektach transformacji cyfrowej, tworząc przestrzeń do wymiany doświadczeń i otwartej dyskusji.
W 2025 roku zaplanowaliśmy cztery spotkania, podczas których praktycy transformacji cyfrowej podzielą się swoją wiedzą, doświadczeniem oraz wnioskami z rzeczywistych wdrożeń. Każde spotkanie będzie oparte na case studies i konkretnych przykładach biznesowych, tak aby dostarczyć uczestnikom realną wartość.

Experienced banking executive with genuine interest in digital transformation.
The transformation driven by digitalization can only be compared to the industrial revolution. The automation of numerous processes and the use of machines laid the foundations of the modern world. It increased human productivity a thousandfold, reshaped societies as cities expanded, and made the world smaller through physical connections such as roads, railways, and airlines. Yet, it also came at the cost of faster resource depletion and climate change.
I see digital transformation as an interdisciplinary process that must be examined from multiple perspectives—technology being just one of them—which makes it even more fascinating. Having studied Digital Transformation in a program organized by the University of Cambridge in 2025, I had the opportunity to discuss both the opportunities and risks it brings across different industries.
The financial sector, having been among the first exposed to the impact of digitalization, has had to quickly adapt to changing customer expectations and increasing cybersecurity challenges. Today’s managers must not only master their industry expertise but also navigate two critical challenges: the accelerating pace of digitalization and the need to operate in an environment that is more unpredictable than ever—along with all the consequences this brings for the organizations they lead.
The Information Age has shifted value from tangible capital assets to data, technology, and AI. It has fueled rapid innovation but is also turning our world upside down at an unprecedented pace—changing business models across industries and forcing us to adapt faster than our brains can naturally handle.
