Dr Lucyna Baca-Lönn – Doctor of Social Sciences in the discipline of management focused on transformational leaders, board members, and organisational change management processes. Founding director of Graphology Solutions Group (2008), which provides:

- Transformational Development Programs for Management and Supervisory Board Members,

Dr Lucyna is a board member, transformational leadership coach, business trainer, and university lecturer with a proven record of working in the areas of management consulting and transformational leadership development. She can collaborate with leaders to assess and prioritize their development and business needs, identify growth and performance opportunities, and create and implement learning strategies for them. She likes designing and implementing innovative, scalable learning solutions for the leaders and their staff that enable a continuous learning culture in the organization. She loves to provide transformational coaching and programs for business leaders to help them learn, grow, and thrive.
She is the author of internationally recognized Leadership Development Programs and Leadership Coaching with the application of Graphological Analysis as a competence diagnostic method. She has a broad, cross-cultural experience, having worked the Clients from Scandinavian, British, German, Israeli, French, and Polish companies as well as university students with multicultural backgrounds. Her passion constitutes transformational personal growth, leadership & business coaching, and change management. She served as a board member of the British-Polish Chamber of Commerce (2012-2022) and Israel-Poland Chamber of Commerce (2011- 2019). She conducts her business consultations in English, Polish, Swedish, and Russian.
