White & Case advises Bank Polska Kasa Opieki on PLN 500 million bond issuance
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A., as issuer, on the PLN 500 million local market issuance of MREL senior non-preferred notes due in 2029.
The bonds were offered to qualified investors through a non-prospectus public offering and introduced to trading in the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s alternative trading system. The bonds are registered with the National Depository for Securities.
Established in 1929, Bank Polska Kasa Opieki is one of Poland’s largest and most respected financial institutions, offering a comprehensive range of banking services to both retail and corporate clients.
