Dear Clients,

I hope that in these extraordinary and difficult times, you are well and full of positive energy which helps you cope with current circumstances and makes the future look at least a little bit brighter. No one really knows for how long the pandemic will persist and when we will be able to get back to our normal way of living. What we do know however, is that when it is all over, we will have to stay motivated and maintain a positive approach towards our work.

In the recent days, I had the pleasure of talking to many of my clients. As it turns out, the hardest challenges that companies face in present times revolve around keeping the workers motivated, their mental condition and time management. How can we keep them engaged in company’s business? How can we help them spend their time most effectively?

One of the productive ways of spending it is through self-development: building self-awareness and working on skills we would like to grow. Many of my interlocutors believe that such actions will quickly bring results once the pandemic is over, as the Workers will return to work better prepared.

I can assist you by offering the following:

  1. Individual analyses, based on Jung personality types - DISC. These analyses are built upon an assumption that we are not inherently better and worse individuals – simply different, and that the awareness of these differences brings improvement to our lives and work. Self-awareness is the first step; then we proceed to more efficient communication and better teamwork. It starts with participation in an online questionnaire. Later, during feedback sessions, we meet through video chat (Skype/Zoom/Microsoft Teams etc.) to discuss the results and investigate what we can do to see an improvement.
  2. Sales analyses (FSA), which measure the level of the 18 sales competences and one’s compatibility with the sales role that they are supposed to carry in the company. This analyses allow to see which competences are well developed and should be consciously used, but also which can be improved. This questionnaire is also performed online and followed by a remote feedback session.
  3. Sales team analysis based on the concepts of personality types and 18 sales competences. Strengths, challenges, cooperation and development planning. This can be continuation of the individual process described before.
  4. Coaching and mentoring sessions. These are not only about accompanying coaches/mentees in self-development, but also can be helpful in coping with the current situation.

I offer a free coaching, mentoring or simple conversations to companies that are currently struggling because of the pandemic. I would love to help you in this time. I will only be able to spend limited time on the aforementioned activities, therefore the order of requests will be the determining factor here.
