Nordea Company visit

Nordea is a significant investor and one of the largest Nordic employers in Poland. The country plays a unique role within the company’s structure – nearly 6,000 employees across four cities support Nordea’s operations.

This week, we had the pleasure of visiting Nordea’s office in Gdańsk, which offers a beautiful view of the sea, and taking part in a series of inspiring presentations and discussions.

Paweł Jemioł and Agnieszka Dzięgielewska-Jończyk introduced us to Nordea’s values, operations, and development in Poland.
Ambassador of Finland, H.E. Päivi Laine, highlighted the growing potential of Polish-Finnish cooperation.
Jyrki Katainen, Head of Public Affairs at Nordea Group and former Prime Minister of Finland, shared his insights on how Europe can strengthen its global position by focusing on six strategic priorities – from building military capabilities and advancing clean energy, to developing trade policies that enhance the competitiveness of European businesses.
