Finland is a country with one of the best education systems, but also famous for the highest level of happiness among its residents*[1]. Importantly, many perspective start-ups are created there, because Finns can boast of one of the highest investment rates in technology start-ups in Europe. We present a few start ups established in the last 3 years, which has been rapidly growing and have a good chance to become international, strong brands in their sectors:

Yetitablet
- the company produces large Android tablets that allow simultaneous cooperation of many people. Yetitablet allows users to convert individual tasks into group activities. This solution is for many industries: health, education, construction, tourism, and transport. Startup launched pilot projects with institutions in Finland, Germany and Japan, as well as in schools in Jordan. Startup has now raised 1 million euros.

was created in 2016 in Helsinki, is has been using to create 3D models. Thanks to Grib, you can design them in a few minutes, share them online, or print in 3D. Cloud based AR software from Grib makes, that even complex objects can be designed up to 10 times faster than with the use of other traditional tools.

Hostaway - founded in 2015, a startup helping in managing short-term holiday rentals and is a Booking.com partner. It helps professional property managers save time and money by offering the only unified desktop for various processes such as messaging, user management and revenue management. Solar Foods - it produces a completely new type of nutrient-rich protein that uses only air, water and electricity. Developed on the basis of Finnish technical knowledge and the concept of NASA, Solar Foods redefines the basics of food production. Its product does not depend on agriculture, weather or climate. The company plans to start commercial production of its revolutionary protein by 2020. The price of the protein product will also be competitive compared to sources such as soy protein.
