Scandinavia best for gender equality

Scandinavian countries the most advanced in the world when it comes to gender parity, according to the World Economic Forum’s Global Gender Gap Report.
This year’s Index again ranks 142 countries on the gap between women and men on health, education, economic and political indicators.
Like last year, Iceland, Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark occupied the top five spots.
