IDEAL™ Employer Rankings

Every year, Universum surveys students and professionals asking them questions about their career expectations, how they perceive employers and what they associate to each employer. Universum asks students to select the employers they would consider working for and then choose the employers they would most like to work for, i.e. the companies that they perceive as being “Ideal”.

Universum’s Ideal Employer Rankings reveal which companies are the most popular to work for. The Universum Student Survey is conducted every year around the world and students of all years of study are targeted at the top academic institutions.
