Reputation Institute, a consulting firm based in New York and Copenhagen, surveyed 60,000 people in 15 countries in January and February 2014. It asked them a series of questions about whether they trusted, respected, had good feelings about and admired the reputation of companies known around the world. To be considered the firms had to have at least $6 billion in revenues in the U.S. or $1 billion globally.

According to Global RepTrak®2014 the world's most reputable companies are Walt Disney and Google.
One of the companies that people around the world love and trust is Lego, No. 9 on the list. 
Other Scandinavian brands are Vovlo Group, Sweden (on 49th position), Electrolux, Sweden – (69), Scandinavian Airlines System (SAS - 78) and Carlsberg Group, Denmark - (100).

Top Ten Most Reputable Companies 2014 are:

7. Apple
8. Daimler
9. LEGO
10. Samsung and Microsoft
