Mr Wiesław Husarski responded to the Appeal.

Mr Wiesław (Mike) Husarski represented the Client responding to the Appeal or the Director of Warsaw Tax Chamber acting on behalf of the Minister of Finance. The case concerning the scope of legal capacity in Poland of branch offices of foreign enterprises was the first one conducted by Mr Husarski in HMDP and fits perfectly into the pattern of his previous achievements in disputes with tax authorities.
