On 21 June, the cornerstone ceremony was held at the construction site of Malta House, the first office building in PoznaÅ„ to be LEED-certified. 

The building will receive LEED environmental certification at the highest, Platinum level. Innovative solutions applied during the design and construction process will contribute to creating a comfortable work environment in the offices, at the same time reducing electricity and water consumption, thus lowering operating costs for the tenants. The building developed by Skanska Property Poland is located in the heart of Poznań, with excellent access to public transportation. Due to its unique location near the lake, Malta House has been designed with the utmost care to ensure that it fits perfectly with the surroundings. A green roof with a view over the lake and a garden in the patio will be additional assets of the project.
