SwedeCenter, part of the Inter IKEA Group, is the project’s investor and developer.         

“I believe, that the newly developed hotel will become Sopot’s landmark and its exceptional climate will attract many guests.” - stated Roger Andersson, Country Manager of SwedeCenter - “Mera Hotel & SPA is the first but not the only hotel project in SwedeCenter’s portfolio.  We will soon start construction of a Marriott Courtyard hotel in Gdynia.  We are also planning to build hotels which will operate within business parks called Business Gardens in Warsaw and WrocÅ‚aw.”

The hotel part of the complex features 145 guest rooms. They comprise standard rooms, family rooms and five individually designed suites. Guests may use swimming pools, jacuzzi tubs and much more.
The hotel has got 81 parking spaces in the underground parking garage and 34 spaces outside the building. A scope of the project also includes upgrading of access road to the hotel.
