Medicover Group and InviMed European Motherhood Center signed an agrement due to which Medicover became an owner of InviMed company.

InviMed specializes in  diagnosis and treatment of infertility and is the biggest network of fertility clinics in Poland with its offices in Warsaw, Wroclaw, Poznan and Gdynia. The agreement between companies is another step toward strengthening the Medicover Group position in private healthcare market.
