Ikea announced its financial results for the year and also made the official end of the 50th anniversary of their cooperation with Poland.

Revenues from sales in Poland amounted to over 1.7 billion dollars, and increased of 6.9% compared to the previous financial year.
Poland found itself in third place after Russia and China, in terms of sales growth in the world of IKEA products. In 2011, Polish IKEA stores were visited by over 18 million people.

IKEA recently expanded shop in Cracow, opened a warehouse in Warsaw Targówek and opened offices in PoznaÅ„ Business Service Center, which currently supports Polish and European companies with the IKEA Group for accounting and personnel services.
