At the beginning of September the law firm Domański Zakrzewski Palinka started up another specialist legal blog: the IP Law Blog, dedicated to intellectual property rights.

The blog will address issues relating to unfair competition, IT, media law, protection of personal interests and anti-crisis measures, and customs law in terms of import of counterfeit goods.
The law firm has decided to make the blog available under a Creative Commons licence, as the idea of using a communication platform of this type is worth popularising and provides a highly useful tool for users. The contents of the blog can be reproduced provided that the procedures set out on the blog regarding copyright are observed.
The blog has been registered as a periodical in the Regional Court in Warsaw  and has its own editorial staff. Editor-in-chief is Janina Ligner-Å»eromska.
