Medicover Poland: The largest ever investment in the Polish Private Healthcare system!

Medicover will start this month the construction work on the largest ever investment in the Polish Private Healthcare system. Medicover is planning to build in Warsaw a modern, full-service hospital for adults and children. The hospital will contain approximately 180 beds with a capability of expansion to 270 beds and will be located in Miasteczko Wilanów in the southern district of Warsaw. Medicover investing up to €40 million.

There are already few private hospitals in Poland, however that would be first one build by the company from the private healthsector from the beginning. - We have just received the legalization of  construction permission – says Bartosz Maciejewski the spokesman of Medicover.

- We want to create the hospital open for Medicover clients, but also for clients insured via a third party insurer and maybe also for patients of the Polish National Health Fund (NFZ)- says Agnieszka Szpara, president of Medicover Poland.
