Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Enea S.A. (Enea) on a long term revolving facility up to PLN 1 billion (approximately €238 million) from Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.

Enea will use the funds to finance and refinance the acquisition, construction, expansion, modernization, maintenance and commissioning of renewable energy sources (RES), including photovoltaic installations and onshore and offshore wind farms, which will be supported by energy storage facilities.

Enea Group is a leader in the Polish electricity market which supplies energy to more than 2.8 million customers. In line with its 2035 development strategy, it is actively participating in the transformation of the energy sector and continues to develop renewable energy sources.
