Warsaw (19 November 2024) – Lynka, a leading European supplier of branded apparel, has extended its lease of 9,000 sqm of warehouse, manufacturing, office and social space in Panattoni Park Kraków IV. The renegotiation of lease conditions was facilitated by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Founded in 1992, Lynka is one of Europe’s largest suppliers of branded apparel (www.lynka.eu). The company distributes and customises promotional apparel and accessories, including a wide range of corporate clothing, casual fashion and sportswear. To ensure efficient order fulfilment, its production facility is equipped with automatic printing presses, manual presses, digital printing devices (DTG), embroidery machines and Print-On-Demand (POD) solutions. Supported by its technological infrastructure and skilled workforce, Lynka has a daily production capacity of over 40,000 garments. The company is committed to sustainability and holds such certifications as Ecovadis, GOTS, and WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Apparel Production).

“Good road connections to Western Europe, proximity to Kraków-Balice Airport and the high standard of the facility have all led the Management Board of Lynka to extend the lease in Panattoni Park Kraków IV. Our role was to advise the tenant on technical matters and negotiate commercial and other key lease provisions. Panattoni Park Kraków IV is located in Skawina, just 17 km from the centre of Kraków. Situated only 2 km from an A4 motorway junction, the complex is ideal for the seamless land distribution of products to both Western and Eastern Europe. In addition to Class A warehouse and production space, it also offers social and office facilities.
