White & Case M. Studniarek i Wspólnicy - Kancelaria Prawna sp.k.: White & Case advises 16 banks on ORLEN’s €2 billion financing

[29] October 2024 … Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a consortium of 16 Polish and international banks on a revolving credit facility of up to €2 billion for ORLEN S.A., a multi-energy conglomerate operating mainly in Central Europe.

The loan is a dual-currency instrument, available in euros and US dollars, which will be used to finance ORLEN’s ongoing operations.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction included partners Grzegorz Abram (Warsaw) and Jonathan Weinberg (Prague), local partner Radek Kraus (Prague) and associates Magdalena Bachleda-Księdzularz and Marlena Skowrońska (both Warsaw).
