Małgorzata is an experienced Direct Search Partner with a proven history of working in the IT sector. Since 2005, she has managed a boutique IT/SAP consulting business specialising in direct and executive search, enhanced with a unique set of value-added services. She has an excellent track record of working with national and international organisations, including Capgemini, EY, ABB, KMD, Sonova and Lundbeck.
She holds a degree in Polish and German law from the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder). She speaks English and is fluent in German.
