WHITE & CASE ADVISES MBANK ON THE BOND ISSUANCE OF MARVIPOL DEVELOPMENT S.A.

Global law firm White & Case LLP advised mBank S.A., the organizer and dealer, on the issuance of bonds of Marvipol Development S.A. under a bond issuance program of up to PLN 250 mln.

The bonds were offered to qualified investors in a non-prospectus public offering and will be introduced to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s alternative trading system. The bonds were registered with the National Depository of Securities.

Marvipol Development S.A. is one of the largest development companies in Poland. It carries out and sells residential and warehouse projects.
