Global law firm White & Case LLP advised three companies from the Cerrad Group on a new trade and investment loan provided by a consortium of banks consisting of Santander Bank Polska S.A. and Bank Pekao S.A. in the amount of approximately PLN 110 million, increasing the existing financing to a total amount of approximately PLN 335 million.

The funds will be used to finance the extension of ceramic tile production plants and support the current activity of companies from the Cerrad Group.

The company is a Forbes Diamonds 2019 and 2020 winner and received a prestigious award from Pracodawcy Rzeczypospolitej [Polish Employers] in 2019.
