A new year usually is starting on January 1. In China - between the end of January, and the beginning of February, and in Poland the NEW came on 6th October.

You can ask “what’s new”? The answer is: new office, new structure of the One Wound Team, new approach and a few new comers started to work.

Inauguration of a new office was expected by all of the employees, especially those ones, who put a lot of effort in finding new one and moving. Ellen Arts, Cluster lead WC CEE & MEA, honoured us with her presence and cut the ribbon opening a symbolic door to a new, bright future.

The leitmotif of the 3-days meeting (celebration of the new office & kick-off new structure) was because since October’21 we have in Poland completely new structure of the Wound division. Now we have One Team with One goal and common approach.

After the celebration the kick-off session came. Ellen Arts presented a VISION of Wound Team and our mission. We are able to improve health and QoL many people worldwide, and just we, as a MHC team, are responsible for changing the world.

Marco Zambonini emphasized the key values important for MHC Poland and goals in front of us.
