You already know the basics of business English and corporate speak, but when it comes to more formal written content there is a problem?

You want to write a formal or business email, but you don't know how it should look like, what it should contain, and what form it should take?

How effective a well-written email can be as a communication tool.
What actually makes a well-written email?
What are the fundamental cultural differences in communication between the British and Poles?
You will practice writing business emails.

MaÅ‚gorzata Ruszkowska – English language teacher, TEFL certified and accredited as an executive coach by The Coaching Academy in London. MaÅ‚gosia is also a passionate traveler who has lived in 10 countries on four continents. She teaches English (general and business English) in groups at different levels at BALAJCZA Linguistic Services.
