The first 3 buses were delivered under the contract from July this year, and another six joined the MZK fleet at the end of last year. In 2019, buses were used to work on the MZK JastrzÄ™bie-Zdrój lines, operated by Warbus. The vehicles are powered by diesel engines and meet the Euro 6 standard, have the MAXI class, are accident-free and fully functional. The buses have three entrances in a 2-2-2 system and air conditioning.

Each vehicle has room for 96 passengers, including 28 people can travel seated. The buses were equipped with a passenger information system, including LED boards inside and outside the vehicle, and voice announcement of stops. The cost of buying one bus is  692 thousand PLN.

Preparation for release at Scania in SÅ‚upno

Scania buses have been excellently prepared for delivery on our Scania service in SÅ‚upno. The vehicles were completely painted, the necessary repairs were also made and the inspection consisted of replacing all filters, oils and operating fluids. Currently, many carriers decide to renew their rolling stock, investing in used vehicles - comments Artur Wojtowicz, regional bus sales manager, Scania Polska S.A.

The buses were fitted with new tires, technical tests were carried out with the admission of vehicles to traffic.
