On September 1 Karin Sköld will become the new President of IKEA Retail Polska and Director of Sustainable Development. She is replacing Carolina Garcia Gomez, who has served in the role for the past two years. Now Carolina has agreed to accept the position of Director of Digitization in the company's global structure in Sweden.
