PETERKA & PARTNERS invites you to the webinar "Anti-crisis shield - new solutions for employees and employers".

The webinar will concern new instruments that are included in the draft act amending the act on specific solutions related to the prevention, prevention and control of COVID-19, other infectious diseases and crisis situations caused by them, as well as some other acts.

During the webinar, new solutions will be discussed in particular:

* suspension of certain employer's obligations,

* changes in working conditions,

* benefits for the protection of jobs,

* financing the costs of doing business,

* exemption from the obligation to pay contributions due,

* validity of work permits for foreigners,

* additional care allowance.

The webinar will be lead by senior associate PhD. Emil Smogorzewski. The webinar will take place on April 2, 2020, at 11:00.
