Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has represented Amer Sports, a Finnish supplier of sports clothing, footwear, and equipment, in their 650 sqm office lease at phase three of O3 Business Campus in Krakow. The owner of the project is Echo Investment.

Amer Sports is a manufacturer of sports clothing and equipment of leading international brands including Salomon, Arc'teryx, Peak Performance, Atomic, Mavic, Suunto, Wilson, and Precor. Founded in Finland in 1950, it has been listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange since March 1977. Amer Sports employs more than 8,600 people in 34 countries worldwide.

“Amer Sports is expanding its office and will allocate some of its space for a new concept of promoting sports articles - its first such office in Poland,” said Dariusz Madej, Negotiator, Office Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.

O3 Business Campus is a Class A office complex consisting of three eleven-floor buildings offering 57,000 sqm, and a surface and underground car park. It is located in north Krakow, at a junction of Opolska Street and 29 Listopada Avenue.
