Danfoss Power Solutions has signed an 11,088 sq m office and warehouse lease at logistics park Hillwood Wrocław I BIS. The tenant was represented in the transaction by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.

In Poland, Danfoss employs approximately 1,700 staff in seven manufacturing facilities in Bielany Wrocławskie, Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Koleczkowo, Tuchom, Wrocław and Żelazkowo. Danfoss Power Solutions is a leading global manufacturer and provider of hydraulics solutions.

Hillwood WrocÅ‚aw I BIS is an industrial park offering 27,000 sq m of warehouse space. It is located in Bielany WrocÅ‚awskie, 10 km to the south-west of WrocÅ‚aw’s city centre, 12 km from WrocÅ‚aw-Strachowice International Airport, in the immediate neighbourhood of national road no. 35 and 2.5 km from the Bielany WrocÅ‚awskie interchange of the A4 motorway and WrocÅ‚aw’s A8 ring-road.
