Linklaters has advised NIAM on the acquisition of 4 office buildings from Skanska - the 18,000 square meter Green2Day office building in Wrocław, the seven-storey, 21,500 square meter Nowa Fabryczna office building in Łódź and the first two buildings of the High5ive complex in Kraków, consisting of five office buildings with a total leasing area of about 70,000 square meters. Legal work included advising on real estate, corporate, IP and copyright, zoning and construction law related matters as well as on the financing of the acquisition structure and tax related advice.
