Cresa, the world’s largest tenant-only commercial real estate firm, has opened an office in Łódź. The firm’s new office will be headed by Marta Pyziak.

“The rapid expansion of the Łódź commercial real estate market and our commitment to deliver top-quality customer service were the key drivers behind our decision to open yet another regional office,” says Piotr Kaszyński, Managing Partner at Cresa Poland.

Cresa already has four offices in Poland: in Warsaw, Wrocław, Tricity and Łódź. Its Łódź office is located at Centrum Piłsudskiego, 72 Sienkiewicza Street.

Marta Pyziak has twelve years’ experience in the real estate market. She previously worked for JLL, where in her role as the Head of Łódź Office she co-created the firm’s first office in the city. During her time with Dell, Marta was a member of teams responsible for developing global strategies for project locations and property management in Poland, Russia, Kazakhstan, the Baltic states and Ukraine. She also co-created the Investor Relations Department in the City of Łódź and was a board member of the Łódź Property Managers Association. She graduated from English Philology and Real Estate Valuation at the University of Łódź. She also completed postgraduate studies in Legal Basics of Development Processes at the Warsaw School of Economics. Marta is a licensed real estate broker and property manager.

Cresa’s office in Łódź began operations in April 2018.
