Volvo Polska is proud to announce the official Top Employers Institute certification for its unique employment policy. The company is among the winners of this prestigious certification for the ninth time.

The Top Employers Institute conducts an international survey every year certifying excellent working conditions created by employers for their employees. The Institute has just announced the results of this year's survey carried out among significant employers in Poland. They show leading employers who provide excellent working conditions, care for their talents and their development at all levels of the organization and strive for continuous improvement of employment practices. Volvo Polska belongs to the elite group of organizations that have obtained the Top Employers Poland 2018 certification.

In accordance with the principles of the Top Employers project, employers undergo a thorough examination process, and the condition for obtaining certification is to meet the high standards set out in the study. An independent audit of all responses is an additional guarantee of the proper course of the process.
