Scania Production Słupsk S.A. has been one of the main industrial symbols of Słupsk for 25 years. The factory serves as the main hub for European production of Scania buses.

Scania Production Słupsk S.A. is the center for the production of Scania city and long distance buses in Europe. In addition, low-floor bus chassis models are assemled in the Scania factory in Słupsk. From Słupsk, they are then sent to assembly plants in Europe, Africa and Asia. The plant employs over 500 people.

Since the start of production until the end of November 2017, a total of 7,000 buses have been produced in the factory. Scania buses manufactured in Słupsk and sold on the Polish market are used on the streets of Warsaw, Kraków, Stargard Gdański, Opole and Słupsk. In the world, you can see them in Sweden (Stockholm, Uppsala, Råstad, Őstersund), Norway, Spain, France, Great Britain, Germany in Italy and China. Many of them are hybrid vehicles.
