Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has raised nearly PLN 16,000 through its charity auction organized as part of a vernissage held to mark its 100-year anniversary. All the proceeds went to families in need supported by the Szlachetna Paczka Foundation.

The vernissage was held at the Mała Warszawa art and business complex on 28 November 2017. Items auctioned included the work painted during the event by Michał Suffczyński, PhD Engineer in Architecture, the Studio of Drawing, Painting and Sculpture at the Architecture Faculty of the Warsaw University of Technology, who had also painted the watercolour with a panorama of future Warsaw, presented at the vernissage. In addition, four pictures showing the latest projects developed by the sponsors (Echo Investment, Ghelamco, HB Reavis and Skanska) also went under the hammer.

Following the event, five unique 110 cm x 90 cm watercolour reproductions on canvass signed by Michał Suffczyński were sold through an online auction. The pictures were awarded to the highest bidders supporting the Szlachetna Paczka Foundation.
