DSV Solutions has been responsible for Tchibo's comprehensive contract logistics service for more than 20 years. This cooperation has just been extended for another 3 years.

The agreement between DSV and the leading coffee producer and operator of the Tchibo brand stores was finalized at the end of September. It was also an opportunity for Tchibo logistic management's reference visit at the DSV Solutions Kampinos branch, which is responsible for this customer's logistical operations.

- Over the years, our collaboration with DSV Solutions has enabled us to work together on a number of tools that ensure high quality customer service. Our company is a demanding partner who expects the operator to not only provide the highest quality of services, but also a flexibility that is often difficult to predict. DSV, after more than twenty years of cooperation, understands our expectations well, but that does not mean we will not continue to focus on raising the bar for our operator - says Beata Cukrowska, Supply Chain Manager at Tchibo.

- The conclusion of a long period of cooperation, and the nomination for the coming years is a very big responsibility. Tchibo obviously expects us to continually improve our standards, and we are proud to be able to continuously respond to our customers' needs for further improvements in contract logistics over the years - said Adam Pawelczak, Supply Chain Director at DSV Solutions.

During their visit, Tchibo representatives responsible for operations in respective markets had the opportunity to discuss solutions used in Poland, and new tools implemented by DSV Solutions recently to improve efficiency and service quality.
